Rainbow Health Kare

Our mission is to help people of all ages, including children and the elderly with disabilities to live independently at home. This allows them to make choices that will improve the quality of their life.

A licensed professional will design a care plan to meet the needs of the individual. We understand the importance of family involvement and will work with the individual, and their family, and collaborate with other treating professionals as much as possible to create this care plan. We have been improving the lives of individuals who choose to live at home since 2004. We have offices in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Rainbow Health Kare, Inc. is licensed by the Department of Human Services and operates under the rules and regulations of the State of Minnesota and the State of Wisconsin. This agency is fully insured and bonded.
