More than 16,000 insurance consumers in the United States were surveyed and out of the 4,200 companies considered, we made the list. The survey considers customers’ overall recommendation, their general satisfaction, and five subdimensions, including financial advice, customer service, price/performance ratio, transparency, and damage/benefit ratio.
