Linda conducts neutral workplace investigations. Prior to joining NeuVest, she served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office and represented client state agencies in matters involving workers’ compensation, employment law and environmental protection. She also served as the chief advisor to the Attorney General on civil rights matters.
Linda currently serves as a volunteer advocate for the Community Advocacy for Student Education (CASE), working in conjunction with the Minnetonka School District to promote education funding in Minnesota. Linda is a member and past president of the Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association (MNAPABA), as well as a past board member of the City of Eden Prairie Human Rights and Diversity Commission and the Harriet Tubman Center.
Linda graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, in Philadelphia, PA, and from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, in Minneapolis, MN.
