Shireen Bhatia is a registered Patent Attorney with a background in Biology. She holds a Juris Doctorate with a Certificate in IP from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce (2021) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology and Spanish from Case Western Reserve University (2018).
Shireen has experience with IP litigation support at Rozier Hardt McDonough in Austin, Texas as well as patent prosecution experience through her internships at IBM and Han Santos. She has additional experience in Title 1337 litigation as a law clerk with the United States International Trade Commission. Her experience as a finalist in Mock Trial, and on the AIPLA Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Team have given her a unique knowledge of patent litigation alongside with her experience in patent prosecution.
In her free time, Shireen can be found playing piano, reading, exploring nearby parks or restaurants, baking or cooking.
